- TERAPRESS is an alpha-blocker medication used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia).    - It works by relaxing muscles in the bladder and prostate, which helps to reduce urinary symptoms such as difficulty starting urination, weak stream and frequent urination.   - It also helps to reduce the need to pass urine during the night.   - TERAPRESS should be taken once daily and should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.   - Please consult your doctor before using TERAPRESS.
